    Always wear safety glasses during installation.

    Our products should be installed by a competent person familiar with Glock Pistols.

    Follow the 4 gun safety rules whenever handling a firearm:

    • Treat every firearm as if it is loaded
    • Keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction at all times
    • Keep your finger out of the trigger guard and off the trigger until you are ready to shoot
    • Always be sure of your target and what is behind it before you shoot

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • While we make a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment provided the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, please contact us immediately after you placed your order. Once your item is in the hands of the post office, address changes cannot be accommodated. If the package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Although we have not experienced any issues with USPS, we reserve the right to not be responsible for any mis-delivery or lost packages of said delivered packages. 

    Please note that any delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, missing shipping information, or delays with USPS handling are all out of our hands.If you are unable to receive your package at your home address, you may contact your USPS carrier to make alternate arrangements. Any delays from the USPS, such as your package being withheld at a sort facility past the expected deliver date must be addressed directly with USPS with the tracking number we have provided you. 

    At this time, OC CUSTOM TRIGGERS ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. OC Custom Triggers does not ship outside the United States. Our products are ITAR regulated and we only ship to addresses inside the United States.

  • Return Policy

  • We do not repair or accept returns on other manufacturers products that we sell on the website. If the product functions improperly, is defective or breaks, please contact the manufacturer directly for their repair/warranty policy. 

    NOTE: IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT ANY PARTS ORDERED ARE CORRECTLY INSTALLED AND FITTED. IMPROPER FITTING OF PARTS MAY RESULT IN A DANGEROUS MALFUNCTIONING, DAMAGE TO THE FIREARM AND SERIOUS INJURY TO THE SHOOTER AND OTHER PERSONS. THE PURCHASER AND INSTALLER OF PARTS MUST ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECT ADJUSTMENT AND FUNCTIONING AFTER SUCH INSTALLATION.

    • Replacement custom triggers will be sent to the customer when OC Custom Triggers declares the manufacturing of materials and or craftsmanship as defective.

    Be certain that you have ordered the right model trigger for your GLOCK. These parts are custom made to order and there are NO RETURNS on incorrect ordering.

    The Polymer80 lower is non-refundable once it has been modified in any way.

    Please email us at contact@occustomtriggers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. List your INVOICE NUMBER and the ITEMS you would like to return. Your RMA number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. Any returns without a valid RMA number will be refused. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Of course, all products must be returned in new, uninstalled condition in their original packaging. Shipping must be prepaid with shipping confirmation by the customer on all returns. There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned, less shipping & handling. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
